Dealership was unprepared for to update navigation system, even though I was told they could when I purchased the vehicle (software was 3 year out-of-date). Service required 8 hours to download the s system, even though I was told they could when I purchased the vehicle (software was 3 year out-of-date). Service required 8 hours to download the software, which was a longer wait than originally promised, so I needed to return the next day for the installation to be finished. Staff was very accommodating, but Honda should know this needs to be treated as a computer software installation -- on my last Honda, I could purchase a CD, and upgrades were always smooth and required less than 10 minutes. I plan to keep my new car for a while, so I hope they can come up with a better solution that doesn't require 2 days to complete. More

This is an experience I won't care to repeat. Can't say enough about the salesman we worked with Chace. He was professional, knowledgable, and patient. We didn't feel pressured...his efforts are what earned our business. The Finance Manager we worked with, Zachary was also outstanding. Negotiating this deal is what ruined our experience. I won't use the asst. floor managers name in a public forum, however he was arrogant, smug and disingenuous. He undervalued my trade to the tune of $9,000.00 and then tried to explain to me that Blue Book is not a reliable gauge of what a car is worth. He tacked on a $7,000.00 addendum that was not disclosed prior to discussing finances and then tried to justfy this by explaining he wasn't legally obligated to do so. It's an effective tactic, the result is a buyer who essentially negotiates against themselves just to get back to the price on the sticker. The sleight of hand is disingenuous and insulting. I've generally avoided dealerships with these tactics, but it seems you can't buy a new Honda in AZ, and do this. More
