Our Finance person, I think his name was Zach, was very swift with the paperwork and did not try to upsell anything but we had asked a question on maintenance and he gave us the right advise and broke down the cost and everything I am so thoroughly impressed with the Right Honda staff and showroom I did not like one thing and that was the 5000 markup price which did not show up in the sticker price and the Desert package, which is so expensive Glad to know Honda was very cooperative with removing these costs to our needs, We know we wanted a Civic and were very serious to buy, just wanted to see how the staff looked at it and it worked out well for us and I am sure for them as well.
