The dealership sold me a car they advertised as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) but refused to provide the associated CPO warranty. When I raised this issue, they forged my signature after the fact (misspelling my Pre-Owned (CPO) but refused to provide the associated CPO warranty. When I raised this issue, they forged my signature after the fact (misspelling my name) on a document affirming that an inspection was completed and stating that I agreed they provided me things they did not. Within an hour of them forging my signature, I received an email claiming I was enrolled in Honda's CPO program. In the first couple of days following the purchase, I noticed several issues with the car that made me believe they either never completed an inspection or that the inspection was done poorly. I contacted Honda Corporate six days post-purchase to verify my warranty and they stated my car has no CPO warranty. Additionally, I discovered discrepancies in the loan process. My contract specifies a lender, yet when I contacted the lender six days later, they had no record of my application—despite the dealership promptly cashing my $10,000 down payment. The General Manager, Ryan, has ignored my requests for clarification in writing. He has repeatedly insisted I visit in person to discuss these issues instead of providing clear, documented responses. I have also made 5 written requests for copies of all signed documents, but both General Manager, Ryan, and Trevor, the finance manager we worked with, have ignored my requests. I had an appointment set and there was no waiting and the gentleman by the name of Daniel took care of any questions I had and he was very professional. I noticed that they don’t put the sticker on the insid gentleman by the name of Daniel took care of any questions I had and he was very professional. I noticed that they don’t put the sticker on the inside of the door that it was service. Instead they placed it on my windshield. Which next time I will ask for them to put in on my door.. The other thing that was surprising was, most other dealer wash your car after serving it and my car needed it. I was going to get it washed before but since I have taken my cars in to be service at other dealers they always washed it. It’ is a courtesy for having the dealers wash it. I was very surprised. I have no problem with the car itself. Its a Honda and ive always been a big fan. My problem is with the dealership and the overpriced 'desert package' they force customers to avail. Included in that package is the film or 'BRA' they install to protect the front of the car. I just found out they only install the hood and fender parts of it. Not the bumper or the front side of the car. I do believe that defeats the purpose of the bra or the protection it is supposed to do. When you leave out the most exposed and prone part of the car to rocks and bugs. I FEEL SHORTCHANGED with something that was shoved down my throat. I paid too much for something that does not protect my car at all! More
