On 10/22/2024 we arrived at the dealership to trade in our Honda CRV for a Honda Prologue. Tristan was our sales person and although he was friendly and easy to communicate with, he lacked knowledge of th our Honda CRV for a Honda Prologue. Tristan was our sales person and although he was friendly and easy to communicate with, he lacked knowledge of the process and lied about several details of our transaction. We had purchased warranties and GAP insurance on the CRV we were trading in. We have bought several cars over the last 6 years and knew we typically would just need the odometer statement and a paid in full letter to be refunded. In some dealerships, they were able to apply the refund directly to the new deal. Right Honda could not apply any of these and stated we would need to seek a refund directly through the company it was purchased through, which we were fine with. Once we signed all paperwork, Tristan handed us the keys and thanked us. We were not shown any set up features for the vehicle or given any additional information. During the process an incentive to buying an electric vehicle was receiving a $350 charge credit. This turned into a huge hassle and took over 2 months to receive said credit. Right Honda passed this blame to Honda Financial and couldn't/wouldn't help. The only person we could get a call back from was Jason Decker-General Manager. Again, although he was pleasant he got no results and passed our info to someone else to deal with. Tristan would not respond to our outreach. At the time of this review, we received our refunds on our warranties as we submitted through the company purchased through. However they stated GAP would be refunded by Honda Financial. When calling Honda Financial, they stated the refund was given as a rebate to the dealership Right Honda. When trying to work with this amount of rebate they are not entitled to, the sales manager made excuses as to why we would not be given a refund. He stated the amount was applied to the payoff for our trade. I reminded him that Tristan the sales person had stated we could not apply of these warranties or gap to the deal and that better training or communication should be given to the sales team to avoid frustrations such as this. He attempted to say that there is no way to tell if they can apply the gap refund as it's a 50/50 change in each situation. So again, how did you include this in the payoff if you weren't sure? We have gotten nothing but frustrations and lies from this dealership. Another issue involved a refund of registration where we were told by Right Honda we would be getting a refund of $350 for the CRV registration. Again, lied to as their tax and title rep Susie Contreras emailed stating the refund went back as a credit to our MVD account for $246. Right Honda does not conduct business in an honest and ethical manner and we will never return to them. They will steal money from you and make excuses as to why they were right to do so. I suggest you do the same to avoid the same frustrations we encountered. More

The dealership sold me a car they advertised as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) but refused to provide the associated CPO warranty. When I raised this issue, they forged my signature after the fact (misspelling my Pre-Owned (CPO) but refused to provide the associated CPO warranty. When I raised this issue, they forged my signature after the fact (misspelling my name) on a document affirming that an inspection was completed and stating that I agreed they provided me things they did not. Within an hour of them forging my signature, I received an email claiming I was enrolled in Honda's CPO program. In the first couple of days following the purchase, I noticed several issues with the car that made me believe they either never completed an inspection or that the inspection was done poorly. I contacted Honda Corporate six days post-purchase to verify my warranty and they stated my car has no CPO warranty. Additionally, I discovered discrepancies in the loan process. My contract specifies a lender, yet when I contacted the lender six days later, they had no record of my application—despite the dealership promptly cashing my $10,000 down payment. The General Manager, Ryan, has ignored my requests for clarification in writing. He has repeatedly insisted I visit in person to discuss these issues instead of providing clear, documented responses. I have also made 5 written requests for copies of all signed documents, but both General Manager, Ryan, and Trevor, the finance manager we worked with, have ignored my requests.
