Got it done I was taken care of in 2 trips because i had 2 recalls one i wasnt familiar with so i didnt request it when scheduling. I just thought if someone would of asked me for my vin # when calling my other recall could have been done also but because of this then the part had to be ordered and i had to scedule another appt. Bait and switch company with non refundable deposits This dealer posted vehicles at invoice and tries to take non-refundable deposits of $2,000.00 then marks the vehicles up to MSRP. They should be tu This dealer posted vehicles at invoice and tries to take non-refundable deposits of $2,000.00 then marks the vehicles up to MSRP. They should be turned into the dealer board for this. Rotten company with bait and switch ads. Was ready to purchase a Raptor this morning and they tried to take a deposit before verifying the pricing. Thw sales manager got on the phone and was incredibly rude. The pricing was shown the same on cars.com and their web site. Do not do deals with this dealer. I have screen shot to show the misrepresentation of anyone wants to see them, reach out to me. More

My husband and I have been up and down Columbus to four (yes, four) dealerships looking for our perfect Ford Flex but either had poor service or no one would give us the deal we were looking for on our family dream car and walked away from the sale. I found Ridenour On carguru.com and it was the best decision I made. When I called Ridenour Sabrina answered the phone with such a warm and inviting voice and I had told her what we wanted and the situations with other dealerships. Sabrina guaranteed me that Ridenour is different from other dealerships and they take customer care very serious because they want their customers to leave happy and return in the future. This dealership was over an hour away from my home and I had no problem making that commute for great customer service. When I arrived Sabrina had the car all set and ready to go. I had brought my son with me because he was sick from school. Sabrina had brought him a drink, gave him snacks and talked to him so he would be happy and comfortable while I filled out paperwork and discussed the vehicle. Bruce is the owner of Ridenour and he took the time to come and meet me, talked to me about the vehicle and thanked me for making the commute to come out. When the time came for the appraisal of my vehicle it wasn't the price I wanted. I told them that I wanted the same as what I was offered in Columbus. Bruce came out and said that it's a cold day and he was happy I made the commute so he was going to match the other dealerships quotes and didn't bat an eye. How amazing is that?! Next it was time for paperwork. Tim was organized and made my cash purchase easy and timely so I could get my son home since we had such a long stretch. My son is 5 and asks a lot of questions (go figure) Tim answered every question my son threw at him and talked to my son about Star Wars (my sons favoite). If you are questioning where you should start for your next car purchase start at Ridenour Auto and save yourself the trouble. My husband and I will be starting there next time we are ready for a new vehicle. More
