I found Rickenbaugh Infiniti searching for a Yukon XL online. I had a bad experience with a different dealership adding additional fees and packages to inflate the vehicle price. When I reached out to Rickenbaugh they explained their never any dealer fees and fair upfront pricing. Shortly after that I received a call from Alexis Davis regarding my inquiry. Alexis was prompt, professional and knowledgeable assisting me remotely thru my vehicle purchase. Alexis provided videos of the vehicle based on the questions I had and even took us on a virtual test drive. Alexis handled every question I had in a timely manner. When we received our vehicle from the transport company Alexis had left a hand written thank you card and a small Smokey Quartz crystal because my wife and her had a discussion about crystals and positive energy.
