Good experience. First of all delighted with the New CT6. Ryan, Jesse and also Rob exceptionally helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the car. Jesse came to the house to help walk me thru the car features which are numerous. Paperwork was complicated but worked thru. One negative: requested quote on extended warranty from director of finance and after being given booklet no quote sent after two requests. Perhaps he agrees with Consumer Reports that extended warranties not the best use of money. Have worked with Service department in past and both consultants and mechanics are very good. All in all a very good experience. More

They offer amenities for customers waiting on their cars such as WiFi, free snacks and free drinks (water and sods), and Cable Tv, plus the usual great magazines, all good things . More

We have started our look for a mid-size SUV, and are considering several luxury brands. We have owned an older model Volvo and really like its safety record, plus the dealership is convenient for us, so we started at Rickenbaugh. We walked around inside, sat in a few cars, and no one asked if we needed help. The front desk person was laughing and talking to other employees, and a sales person walked by, but never asked us what we were in for. We even stopped on the Cadillac side, but no sales person even looked up from their desk. It was really weird, so we figured the dealer didn't need our business, and we left. We went to two other dealerships that day and the experience, including a test drive, was completely different and enjoyable. Good luck to the dealership in staying in business/making a profit when it doesn't seem to need customers. We won't be coming back. More

SUSPECTED MISDIAGNOSIS I had just bought the 2003 Deville the day before and did not have time to check out what I could or read the manual. I first asked for a thorough inspection (which, in retrospect, may not have been thorough or the problem would possibly not have occurred). I did notice that one of the switches on the driver's seat was not working. I pointed to that exact switch. The service writer insisted that it was for lumbar control. I had no choice but to believe him and authorized that repair based on his assurance. I am thinking the mechanic also took his word without double checking. After the (bogus?) lumbar control was replaced, they said the recliner motor also needed to be replaced. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED AND FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE. More
