I purchased a 2020 Suzuki king quad. When I brought it home it was immediately loosing air in the back left tire I had to fill the tire Every few days . I called to have my first service break in on 6/5/2 home it was immediately loosing air in the back left tire I had to fill the tire Every few days . I called to have my first service break in on 6/5/20 which requires an oil change And valve adjustment . they told me they didnt have availability to take it until 6/16/2020. I brought it to them on Monday June 15th. I heard nothing from them for two days. I called on Wednesday and they told me that they were busy and had not had the service completed yet. I understand that they were busy but they could have gave me a courtesy call to let me know the status of my quad. Or had me bring it in when they had availability. I need my quad for my every day work on my 8 acres. I called again the following day and I spoke to Dustin and he told me that they had it on a lift and would not be ready for pick up until Monday June 22nd. Dustin called me back the next day and said the tech said the rim was bent . I was completely confused as to why the rim could be bent because I purchased this utility quad for working on my property. Not as a toy. And it has only been used as such. I was very frustrated and surprised to hear that my rim was bent. Monday, I got the call from a different employee that the service was complete and I picked up the quad. They charged me 100 dollars more than quoted at drop off and told me that the rim was infact not bent. It was assumption from a person who hadn’t even looked at the rim and told me that based on the air loss in the tire. So they had my quad for over a week for a basic oil change couldn’t even fix my tire issue when I asked about the wheel losing air Dustin said he talked to the tech and it was low when he first pulled it up he aired it up and it didn’t loose any air while it was on the lift so he didn’t go any further . I’m not waiting 7 more days for these guys to now fix a tire again when they had the quad for over a week and couldn’t follow a simple task Little did they know I was planning on picking up another 2020 90kids atv possibly two for my children that day. But the experience that I had with this situation has forced me to look into another dealer. Very disappointed in the quality of service provided. Don’t want to blame the establishment but they do need to look into who is working for them. Who calls a customer and says you have a bent rim without verifying it’s bent smh you may have fools every day but iI ain’t no fool shame on your service dept for tuning any further business with me More

Successful purchase experience I haven't purchased a car for over 13 years (Thanks Honda!) so when I came in to upgrade, I was pretty nervous. I was pretty anxious when I came in, but Terry my salesman did a nice job of calming down and walking me through the process again. He directed me to a nice pre-owned Accord that was a lease turn-in. I got a fully loaded car for a terrific price. Kelly, the financial director, was a gem and even made the paperwork part of it fun. Thanks, Rick Roush Honda, for baby-stepping me through the process with patience and kindness. More
uninterested salesman on 7/16/19, 2 hours before closing, I came in to look at some Honda CRVs. I was looking for an approximately 2 year old car with low miles. 2 of ca on 7/16/19, 2 hours before closing, I came in to look at some Honda CRVs. I was looking for an approximately 2 year old car with low miles. 2 of cars on the salesman inventory list ended up being sold. Ok, no problem. But I literally asked the salesman 3 times if I could test drive a CVR because I have never driven one. I told him I was deciding on either a RAV4 or CVR. He only told me the CRV was better and ignored my requests. He didn't give me a reason to come back. I decided to eventually leave and drove straight to Metro Toyota instead. They got my business instead and I got a RAV4. Goodbye Honda. No regrets. More

Poor management regarding service and veracity issues. The 08 Honda Odyssey was towed to dealer for repairs because it would not run. Diagnosis was engine damages from slipped timing belt. Estimate cost The 08 Honda Odyssey was towed to dealer for repairs because it would not run. Diagnosis was engine damages from slipped timing belt. Estimate cost $3,500 and 6 days repair time. After three weeks I was told they repaired the engine as agreed BUT when they started it the engine became worse and was a total loss. Before they would go any further they insisted I pay a repair bill to date of $3750. I was stranded at the dealership with no way to get home (120 miles away) and so they encouraged me to buy one of their used cars and load the loan with the cost of the repair. I was incensed they had the nerve to ask me to pay for a repair that made my car worthless. Later on a had to give them a release on my car transferring owner ship and an addl $1,250. cash to close my account. (I was taking the high road to be rid of the experience.) Then this week I got a threatening letter from Enterprise rentals expecting me to pay over $500. for the car I had to use and arranged for by the dealer. All along the dealer said they would cover me since the repair time took so much longer than expected. They will not meet with me now .I have less than good feelings about Jim in service dept and Tyler who would not honor his agreement. More
