We recently purchased a used car from Rick Ridings Ford and I must say, it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Being over 3 hours away, we called ahead. After the test drive, Jesse answered all of our questions and we discussed our trade-in and bottom line price. A few short minutes with his manager, Jesse came back. Expecting the usual “My manager wants more money….” I was pleasantly shocked when Jesse stated his manager approved the deal that we had agreed upon. When we got home, we discovered that we had left our garage door remote in our old car. By the time I got a hold of Jesse, they had already had the remote in the mail at no charge to us. Now that’s customer service. I would gladly make the 6 hour round trip to purchase another vehicle for Rick Ridings. More

I would not recommend them. We contacted them through their website on Sunday, they reached out to us Monday morning and we set up a 3pm appointment for Tuesday to test drive a car since we live an hour their website on Sunday, they reached out to us Monday morning and we set up a 3pm appointment for Tuesday to test drive a car since we live an hour and a half away. We made that very clear. Today, we called to confirm our appointment, we were told we were still good to go for 3pm. We pulled up at our appointment time and the car we drove all that way to buy was being test driven by someone. We chose not to wait around why the people who test drove the car numbers were being “crunched”. We asked to speak to a manager to express our feelings and were directed to the sales manager who showed little to no remorse to the situation. I understand accidents happen but after confirming twice, this should not have happened. More

Came in to upgrade my car and got a pretty good deal on the trade in. Had the intention of getting a 2018 Fusion but came out with a way better deal on a brand new 2020 Fusion instead. We were truly shocked when it was very close to what we had determined we were willing to pay for the new car. As they were prepping the car, we told Dan we were looking for a second car too, gave him out specs and before we left, he had 3 used cars for us to look at and drive. Monticello is about 35 miles from where we live, but we went back later that day and purchased a second car! More
