upon exiting the dealership doors and walking up to the vehicle we noticed the someone had wrecked the vehicle. We and the dealership took photos of the damage. We were allowed to go ahead and take the vehicle how they figured how and when they could get it into the body shop. We took it into the dealership for repairs, got the vehicle back and the repairs were very poor and the vehicle has leaking doors. After taking photos and complaining to the dealership they agreed and it went back to the body shop. Yet again the vehicle was not repaired properly. So I took the vehicle to 2 body shops and received estimates that showed $5000 in damaged still needing repaired. I gave the estimates to the dealership and they wanted an inspection/estimate from their specified body shop so I took the vehicle their and the estimate showed $6000 in damage that still needs repaired. Took this estimate to the dealership for them to tell me they are NOT going to fix the vehicle they wrecked. The sales manager was very angry that I had taken the vehicle to the body shop of his choice instead of him. More

I recommend you go elsewhere to purchase your vehicle! My daughter bought a car and after making one payment the engine blew up. Come to find out there was a recall. They claimed it was for a deductible for the warranty. Then wanted to charge her $400 to transport her vehicle to a Kia dealership. But before they took it the catalytic converter was stolen while in Rick Riddings possession. They did not take responsibility and my daughter had to pay the deductible for her personal insurance. Meanwhile, my daughter has been without her car for a month! I would think twice before I purchased a vehicle from Rick Riddings! I should add that legally a dealership doesn’t have to check for recalls on used vehicles. And I have never heard of paying a deductible on a warranty. More
