Called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have a front license plate bracket put on. Spoke with the parts department who claimed they ordered the front license plate part an oil change and to have a front license plate bracket put on. I was told I had to wait another day for the part. I did not have the availability to do so. It was disappointing that I called in advance to make sure everything was squared away but the dealership did not do their part. The oil change took an hour and a half to complete. More
