I have purchased 2 Jeeps from this dealership in the past 4 years, first was a Compass in 2008 and the other was a Liberty in 2010. Where Lou left off after the sale, though he still calls me about every other month to make sure everything is okay, Rich has picked up with friendly professional service. No matter how busy Rich is, there is always time to get it right the first time. He recommends preventive maintenance, makes me aware of special promotions offered by the dealership to save me money and keep my vehicle running like brand new. I have to honestly say that because of dealings with Lou Baker and Rich Green my Hendrick's experieice has been a pleasure and a reason why I won't go anywhere else for a new car or service work either under warranty or out of warranty.
