Bryan was very helpful and presented we with several options, one of which I bought. Took several hours to get the deal done, though. Bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and the paperwork is a complete mess. The bank calls me twice and come to find out they have completely have the wrong names and SS# on the loan application. Then a few d complete mess. The bank calls me twice and come to find out they have completely have the wrong names and SS# on the loan application. Then a few days after picking up the jeep, we have to sign the contract papers again for a 2nd time because they messed up on paperwork again. Then..... we receive a fedx overnight package with more paperwork to sign and come to find out they lost out trade in car registration. On the good side, the Jeep is a good vehicle but also the inside was a complete mess with plastic shavings from a drill and dirt / tree gunk in the back of the Jeep. The engine compartment looks like it was left open for a month. We still dont know if the paperwork is complete yet. More

I just purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger RT Classic. Paul was extremely knowledge about all aspects of the Challenger. He is extremely friendly and very easy to work with. Additionally he went way out of his way to work with the Sales Managers to get my trade in (Jeep Wrangler) and the Challenger to a price that I was willing to pay. Additionally, he came in on his day off to help finish up the sale. Overall, everyone at this dealership that I dealt with was very friendly and easy to talk too. They went way out of there way to get me the car I wanted at an OUTSTANDING price. If we my wife and I decide to purchase a vehicle that they sell, we will be back there in a heart beat. More

My husband and I are Ford people and decided to look at a Dodge Journey. Bryan was outside when we pulled in and showed us Jeeps and the Caliber. We purchased the Caliber. It was not as clean as I would have expected, front window was smeared and the inside had marks. We had to come back three days later and a salesman, Mike (very helpful), took my keys and had them reclean it. Our salesman, Bryan, never went over the car with us on the day of purchase, we had no owner's manuel. So I had no idea on how to operate the controls inside the vehicle. We were looking for an SUV and Bryan steered us to the Caliber. We thought we had purchased an SUV, but it appears that it is a car with a hatchback. Our experience with Bryan as a salesperson leaves a lot to be desired. He did not follow through on some things. The other employees in the sales department were very friendly and helpful. To be honest, none of this would have happened to us if we had purchased a vehicle from a Ford Dealer. Over the years we have purchased numerous cars and trucks. Always received a clean vehicle and the salesman went over everything about the car/truck with us. Will I purchase another Dodge? Probably, but would not deal with Bryan again. More

I called the Jeep dealership when no one could help me on Dorchester Rd on a Sat afternoon thinking I was going to be out of luck and had to be in CT on Monday morning at the VA Hospital. I got the Jeep de Dorchester Rd on a Sat afternoon thinking I was going to be out of luck and had to be in CT on Monday morning at the VA Hospital. I got the Jeep dealership number and spoke to Rich. Rich said no worries if I could get the Jeep down to the dealership he'd get Jeep in and have it fixed. Once again, getting stranded was not an option and Rich did everything he could to get my Jeep up and running ASAP!! Thank you so much Rich!! More
