I talked with James Turner and from start to finish he contributed to one of the best experiences with a dealership I have had in a long time. James kept me informed and was in constant contact with me on the progress of my repair - it's service advisor's like James that companies need to keep customers coming back!! Also the fact that you provide a loaner car during the repair process adds to the value of going to your dealership for maintenance. Thanks for going the extra mile and I will be back in the future for any further repairs. More
Was welcomed warmly. Mark took my family to the vehicles that we wanted to see. Showed us some of the comparisons between the models. Took my wife(her vehicle) out on a test drive. Then later me. We bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rick Hendrick, and I could not be more pleased with the service we received. Paul was excellent; he had all the paperwork ready for us when we walked in the door, t and I could not be more pleased with the service we received. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and made the entire car buying experience very enjoyable. Jessica in service was also very helpful and friendly getting us set up with our future service needs. I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience buying a car. My experience with this purchase was much like the last one with this dealership. My sales associate Mark Nunn deserves 6 Stars if I could. However my one mark down was with the wait to get into the busine one with this dealership. My sales associate Mark Nunn deserves 6 Stars if I could. However my one mark down was with the wait to get into the business office to complete the paperwork. I purchased a Wrangler Unlimited three months ago and I spent a total of 3.9 hours over the course of two days to complete the business side of the deal... This time I picked out the vehicle with Mark...made an excuse and left..did all my paperwork and haggling with him via email, web and phone...showed up at the dealer and still waited an hour to do the business paperwork. So I managed to cut a 7 hour car buying ordeal down to a 1.5 hour ordeal...however it is worth going back due to the great prices and terrific salesman. My markdown is or the tremendous amount of time between the deal and final paperwork...But be sure to ask for Mark Nunn!!! The best car salesman I have come across in 30 years of purchasing cars. Very willing to accommodate the customer and will work with you in any way! Worth the trip To Rick Hendrick Jeep in North Charleston!! Once Again ask for Mark Nunn!! Don't le anyone else help you! Bottom Line!! The best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I told Lou that I was buying this Challenger for my son who is currently a US Marine in Afghanistan and has saved every dime of his pay to ever had. Lou took everything my son wanted and molded it into a 2012 Challenger like no other. He left no stone unturned to make this a great car that will fit my son like a glove.
