Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience, however many times, there are additional issues and paperwork that the funding bank requires. Most of the time our transactions run through very smooth, with nothing additional needed, but there are exceptions. Also delays in funding by the funding back can cause payoff amounts and dates to need correcting. We will not pay off or sell any trade in vehicle until the contract on your new purchase has funded by the funding bank. We wish you well and hope you enjoy your vehicle.
