Lou Baker and Steve Williams went above a beyond to take care of me on my first visit to the service department after the purchase of my new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. Everything went great but there is a problem with my truck's bedliner that Steve Williams is checking on and will call me about on Monday 1/28/2013. The bedliner is falling in on the sides. It feels good to know that they are there to take care on me and my new truck. We also purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart and we sent our daughter Kimberly in and she purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot. I had given the dealership a down payment check to HOLD I had given the dealership a down payment check to HOLD until someone from the dealership contacted me to pick-up the paperwork to cancel my extended I had given the dealership a down payment check to HOLD until someone from the dealership contacted me to pick-up the paperwork to cancel my extended warranty on my trade-in . NO ONE ever contacted me about this, BUT the check was deposited into my bank account. Needless to say, without the refund money the check did not clear. I contacted Rick Hendrick as soon as I discovered this & spoke with Drew in finance. Drew apologized for this situation & asked me to come by to pick-up the necessary paperwork to cancel the extended warranty. I picked up the paperwork & informed Drew that it would be 7-10 days before I would receive the refund check in the mail. He also said that the dealership would reimburse me any NSF fees incurred from my bank because of this situation. At this point I THOUGHT all was agreed upon & taken care of. The next week the same check was REDEPOSITED in my account again, messing up my account for the second time in a week! I called the dealership & informed them of this & was told someone would call me back. Needless to say, I was VERY UPSET, so I decided to go to the dealership to handle this in person. I was addressed to a different finance person (Clifton, I believe) who was immediately on the defensive saying that the dealership did NOTHING wrong…surprise surprise!! I demanded that I be made right for this situation since the check was deposited twice!! He asked that I have proof of my NSF fees incurred & I pulled the info up on my phone to show him what they were. He said he needed a paper copy….so I had to run home to print out a copy which was EXACTLY what I showed him on my phone!!! REALLY not happy at this point!!!! When I returned I saw my sales person, Todd in the sales office. After some time he came out to talk to me & told me that they were talking about giving me some money, but NOT for the amount I was expecting. I immediately asked to talk to the GM because I was tired of playing games at this point!! I was told he would talk to me shortly…….after 45 minutes of waiting I approached the woman at the front desk & told her I was done playing games & wanted to speak to the GM (Jeremy Jimenez) immediately!! Shortly after that I was taken into Jeremy’s office and the FIRST thing out of his mouth was that they did NOTHING WRONG!!!!!! I was EXTREMELY unhappy at this time to say the least. I argued my point to him & he still held his ground that they did nothing wrong!!! Finally he must have actually listened to me when I told him AGAIN that the check was deposited TWICE in my account!!!! Then it took for ME to say I would write them ANOTHER check for the same amount since his multi-million dollar company was so worried about me screwing them out of $1600!!!! Once I offered to write him that check…..his whole attitude changed!!!! I told him his F*!%# customer service F@$%^# sucked!!!!!!! I was finally given a check to make my bank account right. I wasted 3 HOURS at the dealership that morning & had family due to arrive in town around noon!!!!! I will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to ANYONE….which is a shame because the sales staff that I had a chance to interact with was awesome……too bad I can’t say the same for the management staff!!! Again, Todd Williams did an excellent job during my buying experience!!!! More
Just purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart...LOVE IT! I was a car salesman in Virginia for almost 13 years and held 'positions' as DX Manager, Inventory accounting/ordering, trainer, finance and Business Link contac salesman in Virginia for almost 13 years and held 'positions' as DX Manager, Inventory accounting/ordering, trainer, finance and Business Link contact for the dealership. My process started with a 'spur of the moment' stop at Hendricks to look at the Dart. It was the last Sunday of October so all the salesmen were out 'looking'. We told them we were just looking and they went back to..whatever. Ran into Adam on the lot who I think is pretty new to sales. He stayed in the background when asked questions..he answered them and stepped back. His attitude and demeanor were what I was looking for. We decided not to buy my car in October because I wanted a very specific car and options. Gave Adam my 'specs' and he went to work on his inventory...on the ground, incoming and the other stores. He touched base with me atleast every other day with updates. When the Dart I wanted became available he called, gave me prices, and let me mull them over and he offered to bring the car to me, because of circumstances. He showed up on time, went over the car and functions twice quizzing me to make sure I knew what did what. I signed and gave him a check. I am happy with him and Hendricks. More

December of 2011 I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger, I was very impressed with this dealership initially until paperwork issues kept poping up. Since I have purchased the Challenger, I have had to go i was very impressed with this dealership initially until paperwork issues kept poping up. Since I have purchased the Challenger, I have had to go into the Dealership 3 times to sign new paperwork because of the wrong VIN being put on the paperwork. Even though I take some credit to this issue, since I signed it I should of verified it, trying to get this issue resolved even after almost 10 months of having this car has still not been resolved. I still do not have the correct the Registration, which is to be renewed by end of October. I have been told countless times that this issue would be resolved in a few days and it sill hasn't. I have been told by the Finance Manger and the General Manager (Jeremy Jimenez) that they would call me back with updates, and haven't been. The bottom line is that they don't care about anything once the car is off the lot except for putting junk mail in your mail box to get you to use their service center. I was supposed to recieve to call back from the General Manager this last Tuesday with an update, and still have recieved no word, after calling and leaving messages 3 times over the last 2 days. Today is Friday. There is no accountability in the dealership, and no interity what so ever from the top on down. I leave the sales persons out of this issue since I have only had good dealing with them, but the management straight up SUCKS!!!! Stay away from this dealership AT ALL COSTS!!!!! More

Had the car over a month and they called us yesturday to get plate # to transfer registration which expires on in 3 days. They didn't pay off my trade before the payoff date i gave them from the finance company yet they sold the car the next day. Now the finance company says i owe a balance. We were never told who our nw finance company was going to be until we received a call from a few of our relatives stating that the bank called all of them and told them we bought a new car. Everyone on our referance sheet. The salesman we had was very friendly in fact a little too friendly. We have purchased new vehicles in the past and it has always been a fairly easy process. Yesturday after receiving the registration call i was fed up and called back to speak to a manager. I might also add the girl called for registation info at 4:56 pm we called back at 5:00 and was told "oh they are closed for the day" so frustrating. I explained my frusration to the manage he said "upstairs is closed ill look into it in the morning I'll get back to you" do you think I have received a call back today of course not!I do need to say that the people we dealt with while there managers and finance guy were all very nice and were eager to help. It was just extremly unorganized and should not of taken this long. After a month my trade should of long been paid off for the correct aamount and i should be in posession of my registration and finance documents. Thank you More

Bought another new Jeep here as service is great and love Rich, Lou, Phil and Donny. Very friendly, always glad to see us. Rich and Phil have taken care of our Jeeps for years, the technicians we have worked with have been wonderful, they even can translate my crazy ,"It sounds like this, grgrgrgrg" into something that needs to be evaluated, that is priceless. Lou is always making our visits go smoothly whether it is hooking us up with a sales person or making sure we are comfortable while waiting. Donny was an amazing salesperson. A very friendly place to do bussiness, but don't know why they make appointmenst to get service. My last two oil changes didn't start untill 1 hour after appt. and my most rescent visit 9/20/12 for 30,000 m they make appointmenst to get service.
