Amazing People and Service We were travelling from Orlando, Florida on our way home to Ontario Canada. Passing through Georgia, we heard some noise, apparently coming from our brakes. Knowing that we were going to be travelling through West Virginia and Virginia mountains, we felt we should get it checked out. It was a Saturday and fortunately, we stopped in at Rick Hendricks dealership. The mechanic took one look at our brakes and advised we had no front brakes. Although we had no appointment, which is required on a Saturday, they agreed to work on our vehicle and asked for our patience as they had to fit us in. They could not have been more accommodating to us. They arranged for transportation to have some breakfast while we waited and they had us out of North Charleston and back on the road to home within three hours. We were amazed and extremely grateful. Being from out of country, we really appreciated the efforts that the entire staff at the dealership made to help us out. Jennifer, our service representative kept us well informed of the progress of our vehicle. Their kindness was really appreciated. Mr. Hendricks should be very proud of this dealership and the employees who represent it. Thank you all so much. Certainly if we resided in South Carolina or any of the surrounding states, we would purchase our next vehicle from Rick Hendricks Jeep Chrysler. More

Trent was, hands down, the best salesperson I have dealt with in my car buying history (at age 48 there have been many such experiences). He was pleasant, easy to talk to, informed, and best of all, a no pressure salesperson. Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had with the best saleperson ever. The wife and I are still ecstatic over the deal we made and our new vehicle. I cannot give a high enough recommendation to this dealership or to Trent. More
