I also wrote what happened to my second vehicle after: ""My most recent visit to the service department was probably the worst since I started bringing my vehicles there back in 2008-09. After a recent oil change by your shop my car developed 2 broken transmission lines that needed repair. I had called to pick the vehicle up around 4:15pm as I was told to come on in and the car should be ready. As 6pm approached the car was finally finished but at almost $1000 dollars later. After pulling away there was a strange growling noise in the engine so I pulled back to the shop. The service adviser looked the car over and could not determine the root cause of the noise. It was also found that there was a cap (from ac line) that was just sitting on top of the engine. After the car was completely looked over the adviser said I would have to leave the car overnight. The next day after arguing with the same adviser that the noise was a direct cause of them working on the transmission lines it was found that in fact the noise was coming from the wrong hardware being used to re-install some components related to the ac compressor motor. I have already received one call from a service relations person and he said a service manager would call but I have not received one from anyone there. This leads me to my next issue. The car is no longer blowing cold air (see comments about missing ac cap above). I am not going to bring this back if the service department cannot help me out with this as I am sure this again was in direct relation to the transmission line work that was performed as components of the ac had to be removed for this. I have not had one major issue with this car until this last oil change and I have a little bit of heartburn overall. The dealership really seems to be putting stock into customer satisfaction but I have not seen much during my last couple of visits. Please forward to the appropriate people if necessary."" The dealership did offer to help on the repair of the AC but what happens to my second vehicle changed my mind as there seems to be some kind of agenda here people are not picking up on. Whether it is negligence or incompetency. My second vehicle went through similar paces with a routine oil change. After two weeks I started to notice oil drips on my driveway. Take it into the dealer and boom, something to do with engine oil cooler and the cost was almost $700. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and the diagnoses was not even close to what Dodge said the issue was. I am finished with the dealership and the Dodge product as a whole. After all these years of car service evolution and they still cannot be trusted. More
Great Saturday experience! I visited the dealership on 3/12/16, a Saturday & although they were slammed my advisor got us in & out. However, there was an advisor that's desk was outside in the service lanes, she was wearing a pink hat today, who was very unpleasant to us when we arrived & when I listened to her speak to a customer I was floored. I was a service advisor for almost 8 yrs & would NEVER have just shown a customer their air filter then asked the customer "Well this is your air filter, what do you want to do about?" WHAT!?! Other than her, the entire service staff was great & very nice. More

He was so very nice and professional and provided such excellent service that we were very pleased! We usually deal with Lustine dodge in Woodbridge Va but this service tops theirs 1000 percent!!! Tony Johnson was the service adviser for my Fiat each of my last 2 visits. I was very pleased with Tony. Excellent experience My vehicle was brand new- less than 5k miles. When a warning light came on- & I called the 800# & was told to take it to the closest dealer immediatel My vehicle was brand new- less than 5k miles. When a warning light came on- & I called the 800# & was told to take it to the closest dealer immediately- I was pretty upset! Although they were busy- seeing how upset I was- the service manager spoke to us right away. (It was a Sat before a holiday) I needed my entire transmission replaced! I was floored! And- they didn't have the part! They couldn't have done a better job of taking care of me. They gave me a loaner- said they would find & get the closest part- and try their best to get it done as quickly as possible as I had travel plans. Candace in customer service called me daily to give me updates- I had my car back- washed& detailed Wednesday!! I ve been watching the Chrysler 200 website- and there are others that this has happened to- that have either waited 2+ months OR been back multiple times.... I waited to post ( sorry folks) I wanted to drive the car- so very pleased!! Telling everyone to go there!! More
