Great experience! I went in after receiving a notice from a certain bank that I was eligible for a new finance rate or possibly a trade in. Although I did not get the financing from the bank that sent the notice, Andre and the Jeep team found a bank to do the financing. I was incredibly happy with the outcome!! Incompetence on parade I've service three Jeeps and three Challengers here hoping beyond hope that they would get their act together. I can't send my wife in to drop off I've service three Jeeps and three Challengers here hoping beyond hope that they would get their act together. I can't send my wife in to drop off her Jeep without them trying to sell her something she doesn't need. They have never once installed or replaced something correctly the first time. They had a car for a week to replace a dash pad and reinstalled the steering column wrong. They installed an exhaust system and tried to give it back without any of the brackets being tightened. I've even had them back my vehicles into things while they had it. The disorganization and dishonesty I've experienced don't bother me nearly so much as the incompetence. Now they think I am going to trust a 707 HP Hellcat to them. I don't think so. More

He assisted with getting everything set up and making sure I knew about all the features in the car and how they worked. He was also very clear and concise with the paperwork and the process itself. We also spoke to Joel, the business manager, and we're just as pleased. He was very organized and explained all the paperwork in a thorough and timely manner. I didn't catch the ladies names at the front desk but they were also friendly and helpful! From start to finish the entire process was so pleasant! I highly recommend Hendricks! More
