Very Poor Customer Service I drove from out of state to pick up a vehicle And as soon as I arrived, I notice a big gash on the side of the finder. I addressed my concerns to the sales manager I had been dealing with over for the phone for days over dozens of phone calls and he says he just noticed it too. I was told it had been looked over before I headed to the dealership. Then he says he will fix it at his cost. I say “I guess so”. Next that is no longer an option and for me to drive back home and get somebody to fix it myself. All out of my pocket. So he realized it was a big problem and took full advantage of me being an out of state customer. Then to top it off, I was told it was to be detailed while I was in finance, only to come out to a vehicle with dirty windows, gum in the center console, and cup holders so dirty I had to go in the showroom bathroom, get wet paper towels and clean them myself. It was a terrible experience with people who just don’t care. More
