I never received a single callback. What is the point in scheduling an appointment if you not going to schedule a technician to be available for that appointment time. Horrible customer service with the auto repair shop. Took 3 months to do a recall. Reached out to them on several occasions. Only got voice mail with the service writer. He told me the writer would call me back after lunch. They never did. They told me my rear veiw camera was working fine. When I picked it up it was not and I showed them.
