This was the worst experience I have ever had with this dealership. The Advisor that I spoke with initially had such a negative energy, just by the way she spoke with me, like she didn't want to be at work dealership. After waiting two weeks for an appointment and indication the need for the appointment, she asked what was I here for? I was told when I made the appointment that a I had to do a diagnostic for my stop start not working and that it would take 1-2 days. I wasn't happy but I decided to work with it. This morning I was told that it would take 3-4 days. Now who is going to leave their vehicle for that long. I was very upset and told them to just do my oil change. After I stepped out to wait for my ride because I had other appointments to keep I went back in to talk to the guys at the service desk. While trying to understand why one has to leave their vehicle for 3-4 days, that same advisor came walking over and stood behind the guy I was speaking with and decided to just insert herself into the conversation with such a nasty attitude. Telling me it's a big dealership and that they are backed up and that at the time of my appointment that it was a 1-2 days for a diagnostic and now its a 3-4 days, and the 3-4 days is for me to get in line for the appointment that I made. I was beyond infuriated. I couldn't believe that a dealership like Hendricks was conducting business this way, with no regard to their customers livelihood and means of transportation. One would have thought that when you make an appointment that is two weeks away, that you are already getting in line and not an additional 3-4 days at the dealership to get in line. Utter nonsense! She was rude and exhibited no customer service skills, or understanding on the customer's part. It was like take it or leave it. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2016 and has been a faithful customer. Every service or repairs was done here. And to be treated this way, is totally unacceptable. I will never go to this dealership again, and my thoughts of purchasing another vehicle from them is out the window. Hendricks need to find a better business solution to service their customers vehicles or perform a diagnostic. Normally when I go to get my vehicle service they would check everything (brakes, tires, etc) and give me a report. Well this day 04Sep24 that did not happen, I don't need to go where my business is not required and I get treated like a problem. So, for me this the end with Hendricks and me, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The young lady that I picked up my vehicle from because I did not wish to speak with the advisor, went and got my keys from her, was extremely pleasant and polite. More

Over all the experience was smooth. Customer service was good. Loved getting the duck. I would recommend putting paper mats down on the floor when having any service completed to keep Customer service was good. Loved getting the duck. An update: Jason Thigpen at Hendrick Jeep has continued to be a valued contributor to my family since my purchase a month ago. I didn't just buy a car - he says I didn't buy a car, I bought him - but I gen to be a valued contributor to my family since my purchase a month ago.
