Took 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for service plus have vehicle inspected for any problems. Did everything that was mentioned to do. Replaced brakes, front axel seals etc. when arrived to get vehicle around 5:30 inspected for any problems. Did everything that was mentioned to do. Replaced brakes, front axel seals etc. when arrived to get vehicle around 5:30 pm after we were told it was completed and ready for pick up at 11:30 am, service person went to get Jeep. After about 20 min,went to see what was taking so long, was told engine service light was on and mechanic was checking it out. Finally told it would take 10 min to replace a sensor. After another 30 plus minutes was told they would deliver vehicle the following day due to more then just an easy fix. Was nice to say no additional charge because they missed it . Once vehicle returned home noticed a large wet spot under front right tire. Ended up seal was faulty. Had vehicle towed back to dealership. Not only did I pay $3300.00 plus for repairs, now I have to replace a section of pavers where axel fluid soaked them, to a tune of $1,375.00. Long drive for Best service This is the second time i have had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 AWD ( yes I said AWD) in this dealership ( unrelated repairs). I drive from Saint Marys This is the second time i have had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 AWD ( yes I said AWD) in this dealership ( unrelated repairs). I drive from Saint Marys Ga for the major and high dollar repairs. I want it done right the first time. I do have a dealership near me that I go to for the random oil change but even after that I have to check behind the tech when I get my truck back, errors have been found in the past. This dealership in my opinion gets 6 stars (5 star scale) for speed,accuracy, and I don't get back a vehicle with that smells like or has grease on the steering wheel. Blair was my service writer and kept me up to speed with repairs. Highly recommend this service dept. More
