From the purchase a year ago with the unprofessional manager who was cussing because he just didnt want to deal with it to the service department with their miserable, I hate my job, eat crap attitudes. manager who was cussing because he just didnt want to deal with it to the service department with their miserable, I hate my job, eat crap attitudes. The purchase we made last year will be our first and last from this dealer. So sick of the lack in customer service, honesty, transparency and working from a perspective of being in their customers shoes. We called Saturday due to an immediate issue with our 1 year old truck, was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning when they opened and they would check it out and take care of it. Husband takes it in and nope you didnt make an appt so itll be wednesday til we get to it. Guess yall forgot that conversation on the phone saturday. We have a decoder so we already knew what the issue was. Regardless, it’s a brand new truck that shouldn’t be having these issues and now they have myself in a position of losing business myself due to not having a car to drive. When we had our Durango 2 years ago same attitudes, told me i needed a $500 new key fob. Had the same issue with new key fob, brought back in, and they then did some research to find it was an issue with putting the key in the cupholder as a magnetic field was masking the key. That was another $140. They don’t care about your business they care about how much money they can drain out of your pocket….and to have cylinder issues on a year old truck already?!!! Unbelievable! We should have known better from the past interactions we experienced with them and then the experience with the manager when we bought the truck. We should have took our business elsewhere from the initial experiences we were already having. Lesson learned. Update, was told Wednesday we would have our truck. Nope. Still carless. More

Sorry it is the other Hendricks Jeep in North Charleston. All I can say is have them go through every feature and install every app and make they are working before you leave the lot. I was told just to download an app for remote start, and guess what wrong app and car isn’t capable of remote start. I could rate them lower but I do like the guys. More
