I travel for work and have used various Dodge dealerships to have oil change and various routine maintenance. Any previous dealer, with an express oil change does not require an appointment but this dealer d to have oil change and various routine maintenance. Any previous dealer, with an express oil change does not require an appointment but this dealer does. They also require you to disconnect any dash cams etc. I was told cameras aren’t allowed in their shop, it makes me wonder what they have to hide. I guess employees aren’t allowed cell phones either as they all cameras. Again that was a first for any dealer I have ever had service performed at. Needless to say I have no desire to disassemble my vehicle interior for an oil change. I did not feel as if they cared to have my business when visiting that or in the future. Therefore, I took my vehicle to quick lube for this oil change and will seek out one of the other Dodge dealers in the area for any future services. I was really turned off by this dealer. I may not have bought the vehicle there and my be from out of state by I will be working in the area for a whole year. That is a years worth of service & maintenance I will have performed else where. Just purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude from Rick Hendrick. My dealer was Otis Green. EXCELLENT experience. Otis was outstanding and very honest. The dealership was equally wonderful. This dealership has no sense of urgency when i comes to getting a car repair done. My minivan has been there going on 6wks bc of Downtown flooding and wake from large trucks sent water over the intake und getting a car repair done. My minivan has been there going on 6wks bc of Downtown flooding and wake from large trucks sent water over the intake under the van. The verdict was that the engine had to be replaced. Been working with Ashley, she has been fine bc her hands are sort of tied with her parts department. Even the beginning process with the back and forth with insurance, i was having to do a lot of foot work bc everyone said they were waiting on the other to call. This is unacceptable. Now it seems we are waiting on an exhaust clap that has to be ordered and trying to get a tracking number for it, if it even exist. Communication very poor here, especially when i depend on the van for work. BUT 6 WEEKS IS CRAZY TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS. PLEASE TRY TO DO BETTER! More
I worked with Brittany Frasier who was super professional and really knows her stuff. Everyone else I met at the dealership was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone lo and really knows her stuff. Everyone else I met at the dealership was also very helpful. I had the worst experience with the Rick Hendrick Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Charleston. I traded in my car for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with only 47,000 miles. When I purchased it, there were a few th Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Charleston. I traded in my car for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with only 47,000 miles. When I purchased it, there were a few things that needed to be fixed. A rips in the leather, detailed, scratches, headrest for third row seat and a cup holder replaced. Most of these things were fixed but it took me having to get in touch with the used car manager Charlie. To say he was enthusiastically eager to help would be a complete joke. It took forever to get my car in and I am still missing my headrest; they said they couldn't find it because it's on back-order but I was able to find it. Right after I purchased the van, the start/stop light service light came on and wasn't working properly. The service department said it had a recall on that issue; if it had a recall why wasn't it noticed during the 160 point inspection, along with all the other things wrong with it. Then the lane departure warning wasn't working, it would say it was off but it would still jerk you back into your lane. I understand I bought a used car, but they promised to fix everything and said they did a 160 point inspection on it, then two major things happened after I bought the car. I asked the manager Charlie about giving it back to them and getting my old car back and he basically said I wouldn't want to pay the difference. They did give me a car to drive while they had mine in service, but warning lights kept coming on in that one too. Also, their car had 3/4 of gas in it and they brought mine to me with 76 miles left until empty. If you want good customer service and a dealership you can call and not feel as though you are annoying them, then DON'T go here. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Will not go back. One positive was the finance guy, he was super friendly and helpful during the process. More
