Adurey communicated the status of the vehicle to both myself and Hendrick Dodge's Service Dept. Frankly, I cannot ever see myself using anyone else. I felt a little pressured and rushed at times even though I was at the dealership for 4 hours. I had expected to meet with Ryan dears at my appointment, however, he was "busy." Since he was the person I spoke with on the phone, and he spoke about how "important" his relationship with his customers was, I was slightly disappointed that I was passed off to someone else when I showed up. On a better note, Janet was a great saleswoman short of feeling pressured into the sale at times. All in all, I would absolutely recommend the vehicle I bought, the 2011 dodge grand caravan. I have always purchased Honda in the past, but I have been sold on my Dodge. I would recommend the dealership mainly for the vehicles.
