My husband and I had visited many car dealerships for the past 4 months. One afternoon, we decided to try going to another town to look for a vehicle. On our way, we decided to stop in at Rick Hendrick Dodge past 4 months. One afternoon, we decided to try going to another town to look for a vehicle. On our way, we decided to stop in at Rick Hendrick Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep (there is a difference). We were expecting to just drop in, get a price quote and continue on. Then we met John Putzi and Cedric Toomer. They were GREAT! It was late in the afternoon, we expected attitudes of "impatient, tired, ready to go home, hurry up, take it or leave it" but John and Cedric blew those expectations out of the water. They were so friendly, welcoming, energetic, eager to help, and they both went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle. We received excellent customer service from John and Cedric and we really appreciate all of their help. We look forward to doing business with them and the company in the future. Clark was so helpful - he came across the street in his own car to pick me up at the dentist office so i wouldn't have to sit in the sun in 100 degree weather!
