When I first arrived Harry did a thorough walk around the vehicle. He pointed out that it is time for new tires (only rear, though he could have tried to sell me 4). Then he quickly walked my paperwork right vehicle. He pointed out that it is time for new tires (only rear, though he could have tried to sell me 4). Then he quickly walked my paperwork right over to the Quick lube counter and lead me to the beautiful newly renovated waiting area. It was like I was in the luxury office that I never had. I had a great cup of coffe and worked on my computer (free wi-fi) and my vehicle was ready in less than 1 hour. Great job once again Rick Hendrick Service department!! More

I was in a bind as far as time because I was on vacation but they got me in and out and shuttled me to a tour I had set up and was afraid I was going to miss. Cedric was the consimate professional. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible. He was caring and knowledgable and truly cared about the service he was giving. I came to the dealership with the fact I had a noise. I had already taken the vehicle to my local mechanics and they couldn't help me. Harry was friendly and helpful, but also upfront with me about every step of the process. I was delighted in how quickly my problem was resolved for substantially less money than I had planned. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to this dealership. Most of all, it was a much better experience than any Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. Re-affirmed to me that my change from Toyota back to Jeep was the right one. More

The service was great. Had it in for 2 recalls and 2 rapid repairs. During service, someone hit the front passenger corner of the pumper, scratching paint and scuffing. I am satisfied with response. I have 2 other NON-Chrysler corp vehicles and when I have them in for service, they always wash the vehicle-every time. This dealership does not provide this level of service. More

I prefer to have my Jeep serviced by a dealer, and have been going to Hendrick ever since my previous dealer got downsized by Chrysler (Hoover). Clark was extremely attentive and articulate in communicatin been going to Hendrick ever since my previous dealer got downsized by Chrysler (Hoover). Clark was extremely attentive and articulate in communicating the status of my repairs, cost estimates, and recommendations on resolving various mechanical issues I was faced with. The news wasn't exactly great (who wants to spend $700 on repairs!) but he helped me understand that it was the right thing to do and that I was getting a good deal. Cheers to Clark. More
