By far the best experience I have had in the past 3 years of owning my Sprinter. Our business is dependent on moving From Dr's office to Dr's office, that is how we make money. Harry is wonderful as usual! I love the staff. The renovations are nice. However, the waiting area is freezing cold!! Even with the extreme heat this summer...its still way too cold. Never greeted when you pull up...you're expected to find someone to help you. Audrey was great about calling me and finding me a coupon (I wasn't there for breaks but an oil change & engine light) for gett someone to help you. The engine light was due to a faulty gas cap...the price to fix that was pretty outrageous...$75.00 to run diagnostic & only 14.00 for the cap! The quote for new windshield wipers was so high I said no. It's a shame I couldn't get something that easy taken care of while I was therefor a competitive price. I was there almost 5 hours but the breaks were an unexpected repair so.....It is the gas cap and the windshield wiper price bring down the price rating. More

When I first arrived Harry did a thorough walk around the vehicle. He pointed out that it is time for new tires (only rear, though he could have tried to sell me 4). I had a great cup of coffe and worked on my computer (free wi-fi) and my vehicle was ready in less than 1 hour. Great job once again Rick Hendrick Service department!! More
