This was by far the best service I have ever recieved from a car dealership. Our Sales Consultant Otis Greene met us at the door and treated us with respect and answered every question we had and worked from a car dealership. Further more Mr. Greene didnt treat us like he was just trying to make a sale and understood that we WANTED a car and didnt NEED a car. I spoke with Jon Hazell this past weekend about two used mini coopers posted on his dealerships website. after giving him the stock numbers for the two cars we discussed me coming to the dealership to test mini coopers posted on his dealerships website. after giving him the stock numbers for the two cars we discussed me coming to the dealership to test drive them that day. I told Jon I lived 2 hours away in another city so I wouldn’t get there until Saturday afternoon. He sends me an email with his address so I can GPS the dealership. I drive 2 hours in the rain only to find out neither mini cooper are on the lot furthermore there is only one mini cooper there. The red one I spoke we talked about is in Charlotte NC, which is only 60 miles from me compared to the two hour drive I just took, and the blue one can’t be shown to me as it hasn’t been inspected since it was traded it. All of this should have been looked into before Jon told me to drive to the dealership. So I get up to leave and the Skeet, the salesman helping as Jon, was too busy to come talk with me when I got there is steadily trying to push the blue mini cooper which is somewhere else in Charleston on me. He doesn’t know if it has the features I want, there aren’t any pictures or much listed online about the car. He wants to start running a credit application for me on the car which I wasn’t willing to do, so he tells me I should put a $500 deposit on it so no one else will buy the car before I could come back to see it. I have never has a salesman try to sale me a car neither he nor I knew anything about. He tells me as I am leaving, that they will get the car ready for by the following day and call me. I am not surprised I never heard from him. I sent Jon an email about this and never heard from him either. Unlike every other testimony I have seen on this dealers website my experience was not impressive at all. If a chain of dealership shares cars all around a state, the salesmen should know to make sure the car is in fact on their lot before having someone commute to see it. . I wouldn't expect to have such a poor experience from a car dealership with such a popular name. Ricky Hendrix dealerships are everywhere I turn. I am shocked at how much of a waste my day was driving to Charleston. More

Otis Greene was great to work with. Came in comparing Dodge Ram 1500 to a Ford F150 and hands down Dodge was the winner. Otis put me in the best truck for my budget and my needs and did so quick. Dealership is only interested in getting a sale. I lost count of the amount of time they wanted me to sit around the dealership while they did "paperwork" to get a deal done.
