I had scheduled an appointment to have regular service on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I brought it in to the service department at 7:30, which was 1.5 hours before the 9:00 scheduled appointment, Jerimiah was v my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Very poor follow-up. I was a return customer who just bought a Challenger RT classic 2 months prior and was looking to make a 2nd purchase of a Charger or Challenger sca I was a return customer who just bought a Challenger RT classic 2 months prior and was looking to make a 2nd purchase of a Charger or Challenger scat pack. I had a pretty reasonable pre approval but they would rather hold onto a car that has sat on their lot for over 90 days than drop it enough to fit into my requirements. We all know what they actually have in trade-in's, so it was a slap in the face when they refused to budge or even try to work with me. Keith Harvey all but avoided my calls and only talked to me one time. I had to search their inventory to find one close to my budget, then they acted like they didn't want to sell that one to me. Then ironically it was stolen from the lot. I filled out the credit app on one black one, and was pre-approved for it, went back and forth with the salesman David Gross on it, then was informed they sold it after I started the deal the day before. So they sold it out from under me. The one that was stolen, David told me "they are not going to repair it using insurance, they are going to repair it in-house so it doesn't get a ding on its title and tac the cost onto the car" effectively putting its price out of my range and cheating the public on the fact the car has had damage. I will do everything within my scope to file this review on every review site in the web to make sure nobody goes through what I went through with this underhanded organization.
