I purchased A 2014 Journey that was list on the web site for 20,990 and I paid 26,500 before finance fee. I was told that the price I paid was because they add so much other things to my Journey. They where unable to tell me the break down for 5,510 of stuff add. Look out for sale men that only have there family and pocket in mind not you. If you have a trade in that is paid off and worth something that` where they will up the price in your new purchased that were they get there kick back. I recently purchased a 2011 Dodge charger from this dealership. Bernard Jackson did such an awesome job. He was so relaxed. There was no pressure at all. Every promise that he made, he fulfilled during the purchase and after. I would totally refer people to him. Staff here was not helpful at all, they basically pushed us right out the door. You would think they would try to do anything they could to find a vehicle to sell to you but it was like they didnt want to m us right out the door. You would think they would try to do anything they could to find a vehicle to sell to you but it was like they didnt want to make money. They were extremely rude and when they couldnt give us what we wanted they had no explination nor took the time to explain other options to us. It felt like they were too good to sell us a car. Which is sad for them because we went to another dealership and they put us in exactly what we wanted and made us feel right at home. I have never been treated with such disrespect the whole time we were there the guy had an attitude even while filling out our paperwork when it came time for him to do his part and type it in the computer he moaned and groaned the whole time over an email address. Either he was ready to leave or was having a bad day and took it out on his customers. We had an appointment with Nate who sent us to Skeet because we bought our previous car from him but he was already busy with a customer so he pushed us on to Allen (cant remember last name) and he rushed through everything no explination given and never tried to work out other options with us he was going to get a 2 car sell from us and completely disregarded the fact that he was in customer service. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car. They honestly dont deserve our business. When i contacted the manager he even had an attitude and basically stood up for them even though the policy is that the customer is always right....ive been to my share of car dealerships even the little hole in the wall ones and this experience was definately a night mare. Customers are supposed to come first and treated with respect and that isnt what your going to get if you go here. More
My wife and I were very pleased with the process of buying our new Jeep, we did not feel pressured into buying. To quote my wife " this car is fun to drive", I found this true as well. I have talked to the salesman that sold us our car 4 or 5 time since the sale and he has been very pleasant. This is the 7 Chrysler vehicle bought and the 5 from Rick Hendricks. You all must be doing something right ! We are very pleased with our vehicles. More
Called ahead of time to see if the specific vehicle I wanted was on the lot to look at. Was told there were 3. Drove to the dealership and magically the 3 cars disappeared. Asked for a list of cars that wanted was on the lot to look at. Was told there were 3. Drove to the dealership and magically the 3 cars disappeared. Asked for a list of cars that were on the lot that fit the description of the Jeep I wanted. Was told no such list was available. The ONLY way to see if the car I wanted was available was to wander around the lot aimlessly . I was told they could "get" the car I wanted from some unknown place for a $500 transfer fee. When asked what the cost of those "found & transferred " vehicles was told "we could work with your budget". Um, no....I'm not going to pay $500 to transfer in a Jeep when I have no idea what the cost is and no chance of seeing it in person first before I pay $500 (which is not refundable). Was told it was cheaper to purchase a NEW Jeep instead of a pre-owned but NEVER given the price of a NEW one. Total waste of time. This is your typical shady, cheesy sales tactics style dealership. I drove 2.5 hours to a dealership in Hilton Head to purchase the Jeep I wanted and had an AMAZING experience. Your Loss Hendricks. More

I bought a car from your staff a few days ago. I feel compelled to write and tell you that Casi Maul is a true gem. As I was signing my paperwork Casi had my car pulled next to the one I was trading in and he was unloading things from one vehicle to the other. Casi even put my childs car seat in the vehicle. When I went out to see my new car there were only a few personal items left for me to move over. Did I mention it was raining? Casi greeted me with a smile shook my hand congratulated me on the new purchase and said I hope you don’t mind but I moved some of your things over for you. I put the car seat in the middle like you had it in the other car is that okay. Casi continued to show me some unique features about the vehicle and wished me well on my way out. Did I mention is was 8:30pm by the time I left? Other people to mention both Danny and Scott are great to work with. I will keep sending folks your way for vehicle purchases. I commend you on your leadership because it truly shows with the level your staff performs at. Thank you to you and your team for making my car buying experience a pleasure. This means a lot from someone who dislikes car shopping. More
