We were traveling on vacation on a Saturday when a DEF warning announced we nee We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Whit Hamby. We were traveling on vacation on a Saturday when a DEF warning announced we needed to take our Ram truck to the nearest dealer. We found Hendrick Dodge in Charleston, SC. We were met with a reassuring smile from Whit Hamby. Although they could not fix it that day he arranged a rental car for us so we could be on our way. He called us while we were traveling to let us know what they found and that it was covered under warranty, including the rental car. He recommended a couple of service items that needed to be done and what it would cost. He was there when we picked the truck up on our way back. He was very busy but was still smiling. He went over everything they did, including taking care of software updates. He arranged for our rental vehicle to be picked up so we could again be on our way. He even helped us transfer all our luggage from the rental to our truck. Whit' smile is contagious and it was a pleasure to meet him. More

Some dealers are liars and thieves. Hendrick Dodge isn't one I had been searching for a Challenger SRT 392 for about a month. Most dealers did not have the vehicle I wanted but a few claimed "we are getting one I had been searching for a Challenger SRT 392 for about a month. I drove to one dealer in Charlotte NC who after a 2-hour drive refused to honor an internet price, and demanded wholesale on my trade with full retail on the purchase. They didn't even offer to show me the lone SRT they had on the lot. No thanks. Then I called Hendrick Dodge in Charleston. Not only did they give me accurate information about an incoming Challenger, but they basically sold me the vehicle on line (I live 4 hours away). Furthermore, once I made delivery and they saw my trade in person, they gave me additional money for it. This is one of the most honest, ethical dealers that I have experienced, from Ashley in sales to Serena in the business office. It was worth the 200 miles I traveled to get there and I will be a repeat customer there. More
