Service Department is a huge headache I didn't buy my car here (got it out of state) but my experience with their service department has been sub-par at best. They are either too busy for their own good or just don't know how to operate. The knowledge level of the various team members I have spoken to are about a 2 on a 10 point scale of my Jeep SRT8. Don't believe for a second that the shuttle service is a benefit. It drives all around so takes forever to make various trips. Today I had scheduled a 7:30am appointment and it is now 4pm and they haven't even touched my car. I had to call for an update. I was warned they may not finish my car and they kindly set me up with a rental BUT why even set an appointment if you cannot honor the time or even day. Now I am without my car for the weekend and have to coordinate more time away from the office to deal with this. (They apparently do not do most services on Saturdays). I brought my car in for the first time last week to work on a recall and do an oil change and they corrected the recall and did the oil change but couldn't get to my check engine light after having my car ALL day and I had to call multiple times to get a hold of someone for an update before they closed. I wanted to use the shuttle and was told it wouldn't get to me before they close so I had to find my own ride. They had to order some parts for this issue I am dealing with now and told me that the parts should be in in a few days and I could get in a day or 2 later to get it fixed...it is now 4 days later and will be another 7 before they possibly get to it....I will be looking for another place to get my '13 Jeep serviced and I will make sure to tell everyone I can not to go there for service! How many reviews does it take before they make a change! More
The most incompetent, shady, people. I don't even know where to start with this review.. but I'll hit the basics. I only found out recently that they've been using up the oil changes and I don't even know where to start with this review.. but I'll hit the basics. I only found out recently that they've been using up the oil changes and tire rotations that I paid for INSTEAD of the ones Chrysler gives you for free. I basically had to raise xxxx for them to reimburse me and even so they didn't give me back enough. They've forgotten to do services I requested and then lied to me when I asked if they were done. I've brought my car in for service, and drove it away with the same or MORE problems. The service techs there must have been dragged from the street because most of them know next to NOTHING about cars. They called the wastegate on my car a blow off valve which isn't even close to being the same thing. They also said that my air intake could have caused my transmission failure...WHAT?! They're refusing to fix the clutch on my car that they replaced the transmission on because they're saying it's a "wearable part".. so you know.. they're saying it's normal that a clutch will wear out in 3 years on a brand new car! They actually had notes on my sheet saying that I have raced my car as a functional race car, the smell coming from my vents was from dirty laundry and trash (my car was clean), and the malfunctioning blind spot indicators was caused by me driving with the door open... seriously.. you can't make this up! This is the type of service you can expect when you visit this dealership. They'll do whatever they can to bring you in, and once you're there they'll squeeze every single form of currency out of you, spit in your face, and kick you out. Everybody in my car club has had an experience exactly like mine. I've turned away probably 100 people from buying from this dealership or stepping foot in there.AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS. More

Avoid dealership at all costs. Worst dealership experience. I sold the dealership a car over a month ago and I still have not gotten paid for it. The dealership keeps losing my information and gives me the run around every time I call. I have called over 20 times and this issue still has not been resolved. They will not return my phone calls and are now telling me that even though it was their fault that I have not gotten paid, there is nothing that they can do to remedy the situation. They also told me that they ordered a car for me. When I asked for a confirmation two weeks later, they said it was ordered, but they would not give me any confirmation paperwork. Turns out they never ordered the car for me and decided not to tell me. Do not go to this dealership, there are many more reputable dealerships in the area that have decent customer service. The only helpful person at this dealership is Ken, but unfortunately he was out the day I went in and I had to deal with Isiah. More

If you want service done on your vehicle and it is under warranty forget, the service is extremely poor and I wish I could give them 2 negative stars. My 2013 Dodge Ram with about 34500 miles on it had the idiot light on so I made a service appointment to have it looked at before the warranty expired. The appointment was like three weeks out. I drop off the truck and provided them the codes that were causing the idiot light to come on. They promised me a call in couple days to let me know how the work was progressing. No call so I called and found out that they have not even looked at it yet. Asked them how much longer they would need it and they had no idea because they were working on vehicles that have been there for over a week. I asked why even make a appointment if you are not even ready or able to look at. I got the old song and dance routine. I asked about a rental/loaner vehicle and another song and dance began saying that they could not provide one because they do not know if the work is covered under warranty. I went to pick up my truck and while I was there I talked to some other people who waiting to pick up their vehicle. A majority of them had there vehicles for 3-4 weeks. I had the service department write me up an invoice/statement stating that they would work on the items that I brought the truck in for under warranty. I have a funny feeling that they will not honor that. I really do not blame the service department personnel as it seems to me that this dealership has put the Service Department on the back burner and have forgotten about it. It seems to me that this dealership is only concerned about selling you a vehicle and if it needs serviced then you are forgotten. So getting ready to make another appointment which will probably be in early November. Hopefully I will get my truck back by Christmas. More
