Avoid dealership at all costs. Worst dealership experience. I sold the dealership a car over a month ago and I still have not gotten paid for it. The dealership keeps losing my information and gives me the run around every time I call. I have called over 20 times and this issue still has not been resolved. They will not return my phone calls and are now telling me that even though it was their fault that I have not gotten paid, there is nothing that they can do to remedy the situation. They also told me that they ordered a car for me. When I asked for a confirmation two weeks later, they said it was ordered, but they would not give me any confirmation paperwork. Turns out they never ordered the car for me and decided not to tell me. Do not go to this dealership, there are many more reputable dealerships in the area that have decent customer service. The only helpful person at this dealership is Ken, but unfortunately he was out the day I went in and I had to deal with Isiah. More

If you want service done on your vehicle and it is under warranty forget, the service is extremely poor and I wish I could give them 2 negative stars. My 2013 Dodge Ram with about 34500 miles on it had the idiot light on so I made a service appointment to have it looked at before the warranty expired. The appointment was like three weeks out. I drop off the truck and provided them the codes that were causing the idiot light to come on. They promised me a call in couple days to let me know how the work was progressing. No call so I called and found out that they have not even looked at it yet. Asked them how much longer they would need it and they had no idea because they were working on vehicles that have been there for over a week. I asked why even make a appointment if you are not even ready or able to look at. I got the old song and dance routine. I asked about a rental/loaner vehicle and another song and dance began saying that they could not provide one because they do not know if the work is covered under warranty. I went to pick up my truck and while I was there I talked to some other people who waiting to pick up their vehicle. A majority of them had there vehicles for 3-4 weeks. I had the service department write me up an invoice/statement stating that they would work on the items that I brought the truck in for under warranty. I have a funny feeling that they will not honor that. I really do not blame the service department personnel as it seems to me that this dealership has put the Service Department on the back burner and have forgotten about it. It seems to me that this dealership is only concerned about selling you a vehicle and if it needs serviced then you are forgotten. So getting ready to make another appointment which will probably be in early November. Hopefully I will get my truck back by Christmas. More

There was absolutely no pressure and when they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot he located it and had it brought to their dealership as opposed to pushing me to buy what was available. When I went back to purchase some accessories he made sure I was treated well. I have received personal emails from Courtney Evans the customer service coordinator asking how everything is going and if I needed anything or had any issues. If you want a new car stop buy and talk to Barrett Brown. He will listen to you, work with you, and do his best to help you find the right vehicle. More

After an hour in showroom felt right at home. Robb was the perfect person to purchase a new vehicle off of. We are extremely please with the service we received. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Whit Hamby. We were traveling on vacation on a Saturday when a DEF warning announced we nee We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Whit Hamby. We were traveling on vacation on a Saturday when a DEF warning announced we needed to take our Ram truck to the nearest dealer. We found Hendrick Dodge in Charleston, SC. We were met with a reassuring smile from Whit Hamby. Although they could not fix it that day he arranged a rental car for us so we could be on our way. He called us while we were traveling to let us know what they found and that it was covered under warranty, including the rental car. He recommended a couple of service items that needed to be done and what it would cost. He was there when we picked the truck up on our way back. He was very busy but was still smiling. He went over everything they did, including taking care of software updates. He arranged for our rental vehicle to be picked up so we could again be on our way. He even helped us transfer all our luggage from the rental to our truck. Whit' smile is contagious and it was a pleasure to meet him. More
