Customer Oriented Staff After weeks of talking with various sales people from multiple dealerships locally and out of state we decided to work with Mark and the Hendrick Dodg After weeks of talking with various sales people from multiple dealerships locally and out of state we decided to work with Mark and the Hendrick Dodge dealership. As soon as we walked up to the building we were greeted and someone stayed with us through the whole car buying process. Great people to work with and willing to help find something within your budget. More
Do not recommend the sales department Through the whole experience I had 3 different sales people and each one I had to start over with the information provided to the previous sales perso Through the whole experience I had 3 different sales people and each one I had to start over with the information provided to the previous sales person. They lost information emailed to them that was provided at least 6 times or more and we ended up having to deal with the sales manager. This holding up the entire deal and we ended up staying until after 11PM to sign papers that should have been ready prior to us showing up. At completion of all legal forms the car was not filled with gas as promised and missing a key. We were told we would receive both the next day and someone would come to us. This did not happen and there was no contact from the dealership for a couple of days until we contacted the dealership. We had to go to the dealership and then wait for 30 minutes to have the car gassed up. While waiting we were asked again for the same exact information that we had provided at least 6 previous times. Throughout the entire ordeal not once was the car explained as to features, functions or operations. More

Especially with the sales manager (conveniently reneged on the agreement to leave were the price of the car and then was willing to "loose the sale" over the argument), and the financial officer who executed the actual closing of the sale ( tried to force an expensive extended warranty on me as if it was a required part of the deal; displayed several 'slight of hand' maneuvers contrary to my specific instructions- I.e. Making the loan 63 months v. 60 months; calling several days later saying the card I used for the down payment had to be "rerun" because of some "mistake" on their part, and that I had to fill out additional paperwork; all very suspect and "scam-esque"). Both individuals were either grossly incompetent or very crafty, conniving and untrustworthy. I will not ever buy another car from the Rick Hendrick dealership. More
Great Car & Professional Service Our almost 2 hour drive from Savannah to Charleston, SC was worth the trip. We got a awesome car with a great and professional service from Nick Long Our almost 2 hour drive from Savannah to Charleston, SC was worth the trip. We got a awesome car with a great and professional service from Nick Long & Cedric. The price was reasonable and Cedric was kind enough to give us a small discount on the final price. The service dept. did a good and quick job on fixing the alignment of the car. The employees at this dealership were courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would definitely come back for my next car purchase and will proudly recommend this dealership to anyone. I have to also, thank Ashley Otto for following up with our appointment with emails and phone calls. The only problem we have with the purchase of the car is that we noticed (after we got back to Savannah) that the car did not have a Owner's Manual and Navigation Manual. I contacted Mr. Cedric the next day and he said he would find one for us. We are still waiting and I hope Mr. Cedric did not forget our request:) Keep up the good work and God bless you all! Got a Challenger I knew I wanted a Challenger when I flew back to see my dad over the holidays last year and picked one up as a rental. Christian made it easy for me. I knew I wanted a Challenger when I flew back to see my dad over the holidays last year and picked one up as a rental. Christian made it easy for me. Test drive, run down on specs. Didn't get hassled. Didn't get any high pressure nonsense. With the sole exception of a hiccup in installing some brake pedal upgrades (they were in trunk in box, just not installed) Everything went smoothly. I came back same day and the popped them on for me. No issues. Otherwise it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever done. More

I was contacted by Christian and let him know i was in no hurry, Christian was patient and worked with me and i was not pressured which i found to be very nice. I have done business with Rick Hendrick on several cars and found that if you let them know up front what your expectations are and what you are looking for they will work hard to meet your needs. Satisfied customer. Thank you Christian, Joey, Ashley, Travis, and Tony Sprovero. I will be back! Dale Elliott More
Polite but Poor Service Dept. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rick Hendrick Dodge's service department. I came in originally to have a simple repair on my bra I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rick Hendrick Dodge's service department. I came in originally to have a simple repair on my brakes, which turned into an ordeal. First off, I was told I had an appointment at 7:30am, and upon my arrival I was told my vehicle probably wouldn't be looked at until 2-3pm. Due to their lack of communication and oversight of my appointment, they ordered a part that I needed past a certain time of the day, making them unable to get it shipped in a timely fashion. On top of that, because of the holidays and them closing for two days, they were unable to repair my vehicle in a timely fashion. What would've taken 24 hours to get the part delivered and repair the car, took over a week. I was without my car over the holidays and had to spend $300+ on a rental car due to their negligence. Upon picking my car up, the upholstery in the car had been tampered with (which has nothing to due with the brake system). A very polite manager met with me and took a look at it, apologized and promised to have it repaired and that he would take the cost of the repairs. He told me to call him the next morning. I did so, and low and behold, he "no longer works for the company". I was then transferred to many different employees who would "help me out". After about a two week game of phone tag, countless emails, and more, I was finally able to speak to someone about the repairs. Harry Evans was very polite and wanted to help me. He told me if I brought my car in to get fixed on Friday, he could have it finished over the weekend. Well, 5 days went by and he finally called to tell me that they were unable to repair it themselves and they would have to outsource help. Why did it take five day to figure that out and call me? Keep in mind, I was still without a vehicle for all of this time, but since they were willing to pay for the repairs, I remained patient. I received a call the next day only to be told that they could not repair it and if I would like to have it fixed, I would have to pay the charges. Safe to say, I was extremely upset that I had left my car with them for this long only to be told that I would be paying for the damages that occurred while my car was on their lot. I consider myself a very kind and patient person, but this is absurd and should not be tolerated. I am still waiting to hear from a supervisor, but I am assuming if their behavior is like the rest of the employees, that it will be awhile until I hear back. You're better off going to a local service company, don't waste your time here. More

Impossible to get followup after you buy a car. I bought a truck back in August, and had a myriad of communications problems after I bought the truck (of course). I was promised that I would receive I bought a truck back in August, and had a myriad of communications problems after I bought the truck (of course). I was promised that I would receive the spare key, which I never did. I tried every avenue of communications - I left voicemails, sent emails to the sales staff and finance, online chat - you name it. My title work also came in late, and I had the exact same problem getting in touch with the title department for 35 days after I bought the truck. They're real nice before you buy anything, but then, they disappear. There's another Dodge dealership in Charleston - take your business there. More
