I scheduled a 50K maintenance and showed up 15 minutes early. No other cars were in the bay. I was told it would be an hour to service the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Within 1.5 hours, there were 6 or 7 other people having their cars serviced. When 4 of them were told their vehicle was done, I walked to the bay after 2 hours of waiting and the technician said they were just pulling my Jeep into the working bay and that it would be another hour. So I asked to back the Jeep out and give me my keys so I could leave. Which I did. Terrible customer service. More

First service here. That’s when I started working with Kyle. It was a great experience from the communication and most importantly the reason and solution to my problem. Surprisingly the cost of the repair was less than the price of the two tow bills I paid and I have a warranty on the repair. I will be back. More
