There were a few things that needed repairs, but they treated me just like as if I purchased it there, which I would in the future. They even repaired things I didn't realize needed repairs, no charge to me. They also gave me a loaner every time! Couldn't be more pleased, and Hendricks is my choice of car dealer from now on! This includes their BMW dealer also, which helped me out with a missing key fob issue caused by another BMW dealer elsewhere. More

Van shopping I was looking to order a new Dodge Ram 2500 Promaster. As soon as I walked into Rick Hendrick and told them what I needed I was referred to Isaiah since he is the Promaster "Master". He was able to answer ALL my questions and he really knows what he's selling. He and his manager we're able to hook me up with a great van for a great price. Katie Hartley greeted us with a big smile as we explained we needed to purchase a 2nd key and register with Jeep as the new owners. She walked us all the way to the back service area, introduced us to them and waited with us. She then walked us to to another area & introduced us again. It was there we met Lois. Lois was so informative & explained the processes. When everything was completed, she texted us so we would have instant access to service when needed. She then took the time to explain all the questions we had. We were so impressed because it was New Year’s Eve and the whole dealership was busy yet all the employees were smiling and courteous.
