Within 3 hours he called me to explain it was a transmission problem and gave me the price.he let me know they did not have the parts and would have to order them and he would try to get me out as soon as possible since he knew I was from out of town. He kept me up-to-date on the process and the truck was ready by Thursday afternoon. He and the dealership were very professional and did what they said they would do. I'm appreciative of the professionalism and the way they got the truck finished so that I would not have any more expenses to incur at the campsite. More

Matt checked the online records and took my Ram 1500 EcoDiesel right in and had the diesel tech check it. 1 hr and 15 min later they had diagnosed then problem as a defective exhaust particulate filter sensor. They ordered the part and said they will call me when the get it. More
