Bait and Switch? What an uncomfortable shady experience I had with this dealer. They showed online that they had a particular used vehicle at the No. Charleston locat What an uncomfortable shady experience I had with this dealer. They showed online that they had a particular used vehicle at the No. Charleston location. I called to be sure this $68,000 vehicle was indeed at that location. After the salesman getting all of my information, he admits that the vehicle is not at their location, but instead at their sister location. Again, like pulling teeth I finally found out that it was at their west ashley location. I then called that store and spoke to an assistant manager who confirmed that the car was there. Again, he asked for all of my information. I then went in about 30 minutes later to check out the vehicle. They told me that there was a deposit on the vehicle and that I couldn't see it! When I asked about when they had taken a deposit, nobody could answer that question. I looked around the lot for the advertised vehicle, unable to find it. Not sure what their game is, but it was sure a waste of my time. In addition to looking for this particular car for me, we are also looking to trade in my husbands truck for a SUV. Won't be shopping at ANY Rick Hendricks dealerships. More

I had to get in sooner than scheduled for an oil change and not only did they allow me to come in without an appointment the same day, they had the service finished in less than an hour. I switched my services from the North Charleston location after several issues there, and I travel from Mount Pleasant to West Ashley any time I need services done.
