The new GM went above and beyond to fix and ongoing warranty issue I had been working to correct for 2 years. Corporate gave me the run around and lost my information twice. Service could not get a warranty issue I had been working to correct for 2 years. Corporate gave me the run around and lost my information twice. Service could not get anything done for me. I was about to give up but the New GM immediately fixed my issue. This is how a dealer should act when you buy your car there as well as serviced. Well done!!!! My truck looks perfect again. Rick Hendrick Dodge charged us for service they did not do. On the bill, “Could Not rack vehicle. Did not perform service.” This was for brake fluid replacement. We went in to the office, spoke with the manager, Cooper, who said he would take care of it. Two weeks later, we have not gotten reimbursed. We have called Cooper multiple times, left messages. He has never returned our call. This is really poor customer service with a manager that is never available to help the customer. Beware of this dealership as the service is poor. More
