The vehicle needed a coolant flush and come to find out when I get home the $200+ flush never included filling the coolant and the vehicle over Jeep. I scheduled a 50K maintenance and showed up 15 minutes early. No other cars were in the bay. I was told it would be an hour to service the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I went to the waiting room a early. No other cars were in the bay. I was told it would be an hour to service the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I went to the waiting room and no one was in there. Within 1.5 hours, there were 6 or 7 other people having their cars serviced. When 4 of them were told their vehicle was done, I walked to the bay after 2 hours of waiting and the technician said they were just pulling my Jeep into the working bay and that it would be another hour. So I asked to back the Jeep out and give me my keys so I could leave. Which I did. Terrible customer service. More

I went to two different auto repair shops in the area after weeks without a vehicle and a lot of money spent, the last shop said I need to tow it to I went to two different auto repair shops in the area after weeks without a vehicle and a lot of money spent, the last shop said I need to tow it to the dealer. That’s when I started working with Kyle. It was a great experience from the communication and most importantly the reason and solution to my problem. Surprisingly the cost of the repair was less than the price of the two tow bills I paid and I have a warranty on the repair. I will be back. More
