I am extremely disappointed in the way City Chevrolet I am extremely disappointed in the way City Chevrolet handled our situation. My first impression of Garrett. was very professional and helpful on I am extremely disappointed in the way City Chevrolet handled our situation. My first impression of Garrett. was very professional and helpful on our test drive. We loved everything but the interior and the miles so he searched for what we were looking for. He told us that he found one and I was very excited to say the least. BUT then he says that it was an oversight on his part what kind of rims the vehicle we test drove had on it and that would be extra to add them on to the one he found. I am sure Mr. Williams has to say whatever the dealership tells him to but it is not kind to deceive people in order to make some more money. In a world where we can be anything- choose to be kind! I have always hated to go to the car dealerships! I guess because of the reputation and stereotypes that car salesmen have. I thought this was different based on my first impression but it is not. INTEGRITY is a lost art form. When you say something - you need to keep your word. Your customers should not feel like they are getting taken advantage of or that the dealership is trying to pull one over on you. Nancy O Plyler More
