Saverio Longobardo, service consultant, made the whole experience very pleasant. He stayed in touch with the extended warranty company and myself through the entire process. He would call with updates and answered any questions that I had. Once the claim was approved by the extended warranty company, the service technician, Derek Tucker, completed the repairs in a timely manner and made sure everything was working correctly before we picked up our Tahoe.
