I was coming from Columbia which is an hour away I was also at work and couldn't talk very much so I told him what I was trying to get and Chad was able to seamlessly make calls, work deals and was honest about what was going on the entire time. The fact that he took so many great pictures of the car made me confident that I was not going to waste my time going up there to get it. This was a whole new process. I was a first time buyer but Chad was able to walk me through it and help me clearly understand any questions I had. The dealership had already closed for the night and I was waiting on someone to help me shuttle it back home. But in the meantime, instead of just going home, Chad sat in the parking lot and chatted with me for more than an hour waiting on my help. I honestly feel I've made a business partner for life.
