Worst dealer service experience ever. We scheduled recall service and were told 2-4 hours. We were not contacted as promised and when we called to check on the car, service advisor M.W. had arrogant, snide, sarcastic attitude same as when we dropped it off. After a full week and management intervention - finally got the car back. We were never offered a loaner car. We will never return to this dealership for anything. More
