Poor customer service Set up an appointment to look at and test drive a vehicle. Drove 3 hours to the dealer, get there and they ask for my name to check the appointment da Set up an appointment to look at and test drive a vehicle. Drove 3 hours to the dealer, get there and they ask for my name to check the appointment date, and a different sales person comes up to help me, asks what vehicle I'm there for. I tell him, he then leads me to his desk and has me have a seat and goes and grabs two other employees. The salesman comes back and Introduces two of his other co workers and starts a survey to see "what vehicle" suits me. I then tell him I was there to see the vehicle I scheduled my appointment for, that's the vehicle I want, at which time they then tell me the vehicle was sold earlier, 20ish minutes into this without telling me and never any contact to me email or cell phone telling me the vehicle had been sold. I then tell them how disappointed I was in the situation, given I drove 3 hours for an appointment for this specific vehicle, planning on buying it. The two salesman then say they feel "very bad" about what happened, and ask if I would consider a new model. Trying to keep a level head, I then said if they could get a base model at the same payments as the car I came to look at it, I might consider. The salesman then tried showing me/having me drive two premium level cars with sticker price $25k more than the car I had an appointment for. Needless to say I was quite baffled by the antics and almost "bait and switch" technique, very disappointed in driving 6 hours total for nothing..also was not impressed with the lack of professionalism by employees during the unfolding of events. Coming to talk to me after to "make things better" by joking about the situation and telling me how amazing the car was that I just missed out on, not very impressed and very disappointed. More
Terrible experience I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had for sale. The heater wouldn't work during the test drive, so they agreed to send it to the se I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had for sale. The heater wouldn't work during the test drive, so they agreed to send it to the service dept. for repair, and they would call me as soon as it was ready. They sold the vehicle out from under me as soon as it was repaired. Terrible way to do business! Thanks for nothing Richard! More
