Unprofessional and unethical. Horrible experience at this dealership. Shopping for a car for our daughter going to college. My husband and daughter found one here, put it on hold Horrible experience at this dealership. Shopping for a car for our daughter going to college. My husband and daughter found one here, put it on hold overnight for me to see. Put down a 500$ deposit to hold the car. Since we were pretty sure we were going to buy , we went on and had a cashiers check cut for the full price. We were told the vehicle would be detailed and ready by 6:00 the next day. We drive over an hour with check in hand and jeep was not ready , no keys to it to even get in --- just the oddest thing ever. We left and decided that the Jeep Compass was too small anyway once I saw it so it ended up being for the best. We decided to give them another chance, told sales manager our experience and told him we wanted a Cherokee and our specifications. He never got back to us. No follow up period. We also one month out and still not gotten out supposedly refundable deposit of 500$ , even though I have documented all of my conversations with various people who all assured me it was " in the mail ". Horrible experience. Do not go here. We did end up getting a great deal on a 2018 jeep Cherokee for our daughter from Stone Mountain jeep and they were wonderful to work with ! More
