Every customer service box was missed. There couldn't have been anything else that could have gone wrong. From no phone contacts unless I called to a service adviser who never contacted me There couldn't have been anything else that could have gone wrong. From no phone contacts unless I called to a service adviser who never contacted me nor looked me in the eye when I picked up by Jeep when it was finished, to a rental car not paid for when I turned in my rental. It seemed no one was interested in selling a car just wasn’t getting good vibes. I called and spoke to Rich at Hendricks and set up an appointment after getting the price. We drove over 2 hrs and it was worth it. Great customer service here I would definitely recommend. Sharon our sales consultant called a few days after our purchase to check and see if there was anything else we needed. Great staff! More

I was able to test drive every car I was interested in and they gave me their honest opinion about the perks and down falls of eah vehicle. I did not feel like they were trying to Jip me just to make a sale. Awesome dealership, I'll be a lifelong returning customer. More

I have had the worst experience with this location and it’s employees (not all but most). I purchased my vehicle in May, I was given the wrong information on the car - vin, car fax, etc. - which was a huge inconvenience when getting coverage. The car I was SUPPOSED to have was sent back without my knowledge. I had to wait 3 hours for them to inspect the car just to get in and the windshield wipers are old and streaky. My documents were sent to the wrong location. My battery died before my first payment was due and the dealership made me pay for it. Sales lied about paying $130 of the costs, only paid $75 which left me with the bulk of the bill for this car I just purchased defective battery. The service team left the battery on my back seat, indenting them (almost puncturing my seat). I had to dispose of it because my only other alternatives for getting rid of it was driving an hour back to the dealership or having someone come to my home (I wasn’t there and neither was the battery) to pick it up. Service team is subpar at best and the sales team are con artists. Both management teams, sales and service, are EXTREMELY untrustworthy, take EVERYTHING they say with a grain of salt. My overall experience has been poor to say the least. If you can avoid them, do. If I had it to do over again, I’d go to another dealership not associated with this brand. More

Told I would receive a call the next day to schedule. That did not happen. I called the following day after, was told I’d receive a call back. I did not. I called and spoke to my salesman the next day. He said he had “ten things to do” and would call me back in 45 minutes. He did not. I called on the fourth day after purchase and was very upset by my treatment. They scheduled me to come in that very day and complete the liner. Job was done fast and it came out great. PROS: Facility is clean and new. Respectful of customer’s time during purchase Low/no pressure Knowledgeable about products Large inventory on the lot Competitive pricing Service department was extremely helpful and attentive CONS: Did not follow through initially on scheduling service Did not return phone calls Salesman told me he was “too busy” to help me after I made a big purchase from him Overall, I would return to purchase a vehicle based on the aforementioned PROS, but certainly did not care for my treatment after I made a big purchase. As someone who has purchased many FCA vehicles from a dealer in another state, I was surprised that I was not treated better after the sale. More

I know this is how it's *supposed* to work, but in my experience with car dealerships it usually doesn't go this smoothly. Not this time! I was very pleased with my interaction. They even detailed the car as an apology for the repair taking longer than estimated. More
