OBSESSIVE LIARS I usually don't rate but in this case its more of a complaint. She (VERONICA LOVE) has been lying to me about my tag for 3 weeks. Poor experience with entire dealership I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot with 16500 miles on it. On the test ride we noticed that the navigation system wasn't working properly and my salesman sa I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot with 16500 miles on it. On the test ride we noticed that the navigation system wasn't working properly and my salesman said the that they would get it figured out if I bought the Jeep. When I went to leave the dealership with the Jeep the navigation system still wasn't working and my salesman Nick took me over to the service dept where we set an appointment to have it fixed and I was told that this would all be taken care of and that I would have a working system. I brought the Jeep in for my appointment which was a week after I bought the Jeep. After almost 2 weeks I'm told that I would have to pay $400 dollars to have an aftermarket radio put in as they can not fix my navigation system. I have been passed off to multiple people, I never get any phone messages returned. I have called multiple time to have this issue resolved, been to the dealership to get my navigation system working, sent an email to the GM and still no one will fix this problem. I will not pay extra for something that was advertised as working and was told that it would be fixed with no cost to me. If I had known that the navigation was never going to work I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE JEEP, but evidently Hendrick does not care about anything other than a sale. I want to reiterate that the problems were discovered on the test ride and again brought to my salesmans attention before I even left the dealership parking lot. More
