Finance Rep And Unprofessional The lady in the finance department is very rude and disrespectful. Her name I don't have available at this time but her customer service sucks. The sales Rep whose name I will not mention considering staff is a reflection of who trained them told lies or gave answers for things she did not know her self. I received a call 2 weeks later in regards to changing insurance deductibles. The rude, angry, lack of customer service chick in finance insist on telling me what I knew and down payments forfeits all these negative things without any solutions. Number one I was sold a car with lies and instead of you making a sale I guess her decision was to make it worst. I never received a key fob (keyless entry) I was promised guess they want me to pay for that too. I even emailed the sales rep with no response and here we are over two weeks later. Never had a choice I feel like the whole situation was a rush and the service afterwards was horrible. Scheduled to meet with a guy in finance by the name of McDaniel this afternoon really reconsidering that due to the RUDE FINANCE lady with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I excused her attitude our first encounter because she was ready to get off work and maybe just had a long day. However, you will not call me assuming anything when this is our 1st time speaking since the sale. Your job is to secure the sale and work with the customer by any means necessary not to xxxx me off and deter the sale all together. Anything I needed to know as far as insurance coverage actual payment dates and etc should have been set prior to me leaving with the vehicle. Calling me weeks later is not acceptable especially after I accepted several lies during the sales process that was not confirmed until after I signed papers. My sales rep had excellent service and lies but that lady in finance is in the wrong position with the attitude she has. Her position should be locked in a closet somewhere with no customer interactions. Its funny how they get you in to try and sale and you don't hear from them afterwards until they want you to change something. I rarely get angry but lets just say I can't see the rude lady today and going to threaten to me to take my money. Lady please you have the right one today. To the company manager/owner if this is the person that represents you and controls your finances in anyway you need to review this situation. I provide customer service and train reps. She do not have any skills at all and is an ignorant, poor excuse and rude person she needs prayer and another job. You may be miserable lady you did xxxx me off today but you also loss referrals, a customer and a person who understands that maybe that day wasn't your day. But to come again with anger or this I don't care attitude xxxx you too. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY. LIES MAY GET SALES BUT IT WONT KEEP THEM. SETTLE FOR DEPOSITS I GUESS that's all the finance lady wants. Then she has the nerves to say no one else will approve me. What the xxxx? I am a home owner, first time car buyer , previous credit established, just paid off a car (had a co signer but paid) on .y job for years. Don't let the credit score fool you Regional approved me right. I came to you guys to rebuild my credit and have a more dependable car. Instead I ended up about to be suckered into a 18,000 used 2017 Toyota Corolla which is the price for the new ones after rebates maybe even before. Just rude even if you thought no one else would approve me that's the wrong thing for you to say. Not professional at all. Glad I experienced you before I locked myself into another car note and these crazy insurance rates. Thanks lady with the nasty attitude your lost not mine. I really want a new car considering the boys are getting older my other two cars will eventually be passed down, long rides but after you nope I'll wait a little while longer and visit another dealership. Great Experience! After 9yrs of not having a car note I'm sure anyone in my position could understand how stressful it was to find a vehicle. From helping me select a vehicle to walking me through the purchase process. It wasn't easy for me and Christopher did his best to make the purchase process as painless as possible. Incompetent! They may not be fast BUT they are slow! Let's start with the positive. I went to this dealership to buy a truck. An easy sale. I walked in the showroom knowing what I wanted and had the money. So there was little to no effort on their part. I will admit the sales manage did have what I wanted and agreed to make the requested changes. After that..... everything went South fast quick and in a hurry. I request 4 upgrades to my truck. They called me to bring in my truck for the upgrades and a recall. First the recall. After they did the recall(which I assume they did) three days later the engine light came on and after a day went off. Two days later it came on again but stayed on. I was near another Dodge Ram dealer so I stopped in and requested they take a look. Turns out Rich Hendrick's service department didn't reconnect the vacuum hose and didn't tighten the clamp connecting two other vacuums lines. INCOMPETENT! Now for the upgrades...... Kept it for 2 week all the while telling me the parts hadn't come in yet. The WHY call me and tell me to bring in the vehicle? WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS! Then they installed the wrong size running boards! WHAT!!!! STILL WAITING!!!!!! Bought the truck June 10. And you expect me to come back? NOT!!!!!!!!!!! More

He worked so very hard for us we had credit issues and he worked a miracle and got us into our awesome 2018 Jeep renegade. Brand. Spanking. New. I just can’t say enough good things about them! We are referring everybody to Rick Hendrick CDJR and especially to our awesome salesman: Nick Singh!! Very happy and pleased with our purchase! More
