Took way too long My recall service estimated to take one hour took two and a half. Another customer in for an oil change waited three hours. Not acceptable. May return to my old dealer for Jeep service even though it is much farther away. More

Outstanding service despite scheduling and parts order error I had scheduled an appointment to have the timing belt and water pump replaced on my vehicle. When I arrived the service adviser was not able to find I had scheduled an appointment to have the timing belt and water pump replaced on my vehicle. When I arrived the service adviser was not able to find my appointment and then discovered that they had not ordered the parts required to complete the work. He was able to send someone to pick up the parts and had the vehicle ready for me the next day by 10:00am. Although I was expecting to get the work done the same day while I waited for the vehicle, the service adviser was able to recover from the error that was created by the person who scheduled my initial appointment. An outstanding young man who knows how to take care of customers. My compliments to him. - Thanks, John More

Great service time and time again Lance continues To provide great service for me and my 2015 Dodge Challenger. I love the way that he manages to communicate with me either by phone or email I know the condition and stage of the repair process the whole time. I also have a 2016 Kia Optima that was serviced earlier in the week at Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee and my car was there a whole day I had never heard from the service advisor and No one would answer the phone in the service department. I actually had to go up to the dealership to get an update and found out that he had left for the day and the technician was still working on my car so I was without a car overnight this was not the case with Lance here at Hendrick Chrysler. Thank you Lance for everything that you do. More
